Education Committee Mission Statement:
The mission of our education committee is to ensure that the general public is aware of POW/MIA issues, and to educate the public about veterans missing from all wars. We also work to ensure that future generations are educated and prepared to sustain our efforts to bring all POW/MIA veterans home.
The Education Committee works in a number of ways to carry out the Mission.

The major function of Rolling Thunder is to publicize the POW/MIA issue: To educate the the public that many American Prisoners of Wars were left behind after previous wars, and to help correct and to protect future veterans from being left behind.
