I. MISSION
To support our Brothers and Sisters from Chapter 1, with their annual fundraising event and ride.
Proceeds to benefit POW/MIA Awareness, Veterans Suicide & Veterans Assistance.
II. BACKGROUND
The 23rd annual BIGTHUNDER RUN start and end at VFW Post 7452, 121 North River Street, Montgomery, IL 60538

Description:
A. 8am to 10am – Breakfast, Cost is $10 / person.
B. 9am to 10:30am – Registration for Poker Run
- Fees are: $20 per rider, $10 passenger.
- First Bikes out at 10:30am
C. 1pm – Live Music
D. 2pm to 4pm – PIG ROAST, Cost is $10 / person.
E. Raffle & Silent Auction
- Must be present to win poker hand.
E. Event Ends at 5pm.
III. CONCEPT of OPERATIONS – TBD by Paul

A. We will meet at the BP station1700 N State St (Rt 31) Elgin, at 0745 for our Safety Briefing.
KSU at 0800.
B. We will be meeting at Alexanders Café, 1725 N State St (Rt 31) for breakfast at 0645 for those who would like to join.
C. 26 miles approx. 1 hour
IV. LOGISTICS
A. Uniform: Rolling Thunder, Hats and Vests.
B. No flags other than small American and Pow/Mia.
C. Full fuel tanks at the start.
V. COORDINATION
A. Paul Hebein is the Road Captain.
B. Order of March will be determined at safety briefing.
C. Riders may ride the Poker Run or just attend the event.
